Our installation guide provides instructions on how to manually install and configure the SOS Chat application on a Windows PC.

Step I:
Remove the old soschat tray program that is installed on your computer
*This step should be followed only if you have installed a previous SOS Chat Tray version

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Uninstall a program:

In the Currently installed programs box, click the program that you want to remove (scroll down to the letter S)

and then click Remove.

2. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.

Step II:
Installation of the new soschat tray:
1. Click on this link: http://sostranslatorchat.com/chatnotifier
2. Save the file on your computer
3. Extract the files:

4. Double click on this:

5. Click Run:

6. Click Yes
7. Click Next:

8. Make sure that you have selected these 2 checkboxes:

9. Click Next
10. Click Install

11. Finish:

12. Now enter your login details and select all the checkboxes:
